Workshops should focus on active and emerging areas of research and technology, providing stimulating ideas for ongoing and future developments. Tutorials should offer foundational knowledge and systematic introductions to established fields of research and technology.
Both workshops and tutorials may take the form of half-day or full-day sessions. We encourage proposals that are state-of-the-art, high-impact, creative, and innovative, and that attract a broad and diverse audience. Proposals highlighting academia–industry collaboration or technology transfer are also highly welcomed.
Submission Requirements (Workshops and Tutorials)
Each proposal must include the following information:
- Title:
- Type of session (Workshop or Tutorial):
- Main Organizer (one person only; name, affiliation and email):
- Co-organizers (name, affiliation and email):
- Statement of Objectives:
- Intended Audience:
- List of Speakers:
- List of Topics:
Proposals must be submitted through PaperCept by the specified deadline. Upon approval, organizers will be asked to:
- Develop and maintain a dedicated workshop/tutorial webpage to disseminate updated information and attract additional participants and presenters.
- Collect and compile workshop/tutorial abstracts (A4 size, 1 page each) in time for inclusion in the SICE FES 2026 handout materials.
